The Sacred Heart Foundation says the Studer Family Children’s Hospital has received a 2.5 million-dollar donation. It came from the Pediatrics Medical Group, an affiliate of MEDNAX. The gift will be recognized with the naming of the Children’s Hospital’s Level III neonatal intensive care unit. The new, four-story Studer Family Children’s Hospital at Ascension Sacred Heart, opened for patient care in May of this year.
