BICYCLIST INJURED IN HIT AND RUN

Pensacola Police say a bicyclist suffered life-threatening injuries in a hit-and-run Saturday morning at the intersection of Ninth Avenue and Cervantes Street. Department spokeswoman Officer Britney Sturgeon said the vehicle – a light colored Suzuki sedan with front windshield damage and missing both a passenger side mirror and a passenger side wheel well liner – fled the scene, traveling westbound on Cervantes Street.
