U.S. Attorney Lawrence Keefe says two Gulf Breeze doctors are charged with acquiring controlled substances through fraud and identity theft. 49-year-old Robert Jensen, and 44-year-old Michael Harris. The indictment says that between December, 2014, and July, 2016, Jensen fraudulently obtained controlled substances and used another person’s ID to acquire the drugs. Harris is also accused of using another person’s identification to acquire controlled substance by fraud. The investigation involved the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office and the Gulf Breeze Police Department.
