The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office says a Milton Woman was arrested on Sunday after her 12-year-old child was found driving her car. A deputy pulled the vehicle over after seeing it swerving and found the 12-year-old behind the wheel and the child’s mother – 45-year-old Francisca Saria – in the passenger seat with two other juveniles in the back seat. Saria was arrested on charges of permitting an unauthorized minor to drive, child neglect, expired registration and no proof of insurance. She was booked into the Santa Rosa County Jail on a $23,000 bond.
