The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Department says a 44-year-old Navarre man was arrested for lewd or lascivious behavior involving an 8-year-old girl. The girl told authorities at Santa Rosa Kids’ House that Robert Allen had touched her inappropriately four or five times over an 18-month period when she was in bed, pretending to be asleep. Allen was booked into the Santa Rosa County Jail and was released on a $100,000 bond.
