The U.S. District Court in Pensacola says the sentencing of the 35-year-old woman who threw a sports drink at Congressman Matt Gaetz, has been rescheduled. Amanda Kondrat’yev, pleaded guilty to a federal charge of assault on a member of Congress by throwing the drink at Gaetz as he left the Brew Ha Ha restaurant and bar on June 1st. Kondrat’yev faces a possible maximum sentence of one year in confinement and probation. Sentencing by U.S. Magistrate Judge Hope Cannon will take place on November 18th in the Federal Courthouse in Pensacola.
