The weather system, which could become Tropical Storm Nestor, is moving north-northeast at 9 mph. An increase in the northeastward motion at a faster forward speed is expected today and tomorrow. Maxmum sustained winds are now near 40 mph with higher gusts. The disturbance is expected to develop into a tropical or subtropical storm.
