The Town of Century in North Escambia County will repeat a Community Redevelopment Agency meeting tonight because of a a self-admitted Sunshine Law violation of the original meeting on October 7th. City Manager Buz Eddy said that meeting was not advertised properly and should not have taken place. The town decided to advertise another CRA meeting and redo all discussion. The State Attorney’s Office will not to pursue the violation since the town realized the error and took steps to correct it. The meeting will be held tonight at 6 p.m. at town hall. It will be followed by a regular council meeting at 7 p.m and the meetings are all open to the public.
