Pensacola Police say a man and a woman have been arrested a week after they tried to take a dog from the Pensacola Humane Society and attacked an employee. On October 16th Kyle Colshan and Michelle Waldrop walked into the shelter and Waldrop distracted the employee at the desk while Colshan went into the kennel area and took a black and white Chihuahua, which he had previously owned. When the employee tried to stop them, she was shoved and had her hair pulled. During the struggle Colshan dropped the dog, which was retrieved by another shelter employee. Colshan was arrested previously and the dog was legally removed from the home. Both Waldrop and Colshan are being held on $101,000 bonds.
