The Escambia County Sheriff’s Department says a Pensacola man is facing charges that include procuring a child for prostitution and using obscene communications to seduce a minor. The person reporting the incident said text messages from an unknown person were found soliciting the victim for sex. The phone number belonged to 18-year-old Lucky Lilly. The messages were asking the victim to sneak out and come to Lilly’s home. Lilly is being held in the Escambia County jail on a $615,000 bond.
