The Florida State Department of Health reported 78 vaping-related illnesses as of October 26th with one fatality. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says nation-wide there have been 1,888 lung-injury cases associated with the use of e-cigarettes or vaping in every state but Alaska, including 37 deaths in 24 states. The federal government says THC products appear to be an important factor and recommends that people not use vaping devices that contain THC.
