The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of an Oklahoma police chief who was found dead in a hotel on Pensacola Beach Sunday night. Just before 10pm deputies were called to the Hilton hotel where Lucky Miller, Police Chief for the city of Mannford, Oklahoma, was found dead. 49-year-old Michael Nealey, another officer in the same department, was arrested Monday morning and charged with homicide. The two were said to have been in town for a conference. Nealey was booked into the Escambia County Jail without bond.
