HOME INVASION DEATH

The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office says one person is dead following a home invasion robbery attempt at a home on Culp Avenue near Fort Walton Beach. A 911 call came in around 11:50 p.m. Tuesday of someone trying to enter a home. Responding deputies found the body of 35-year-old Edgar Jennings III. The investigation is on-going and anyone with information can contact the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office or to call Emerald Coast Crime Stoppers at (850) 651-TIPS.
