SHOOTER ARRESTED

The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office says a teenage wanted for a shooting that left a man injured has been apprehended in Georgia. 16-year-old Richard Grice, is being detained on a warrant for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. He is accused of shooting 22-year-old Kelsey Siler on December 28th while he was a passenger in a car. The motive for the shooting is still under investigation.
