BABY DELIVERED IN AMBULANCE

A Walton County paramedic and an EMT delivered a baby in their ambulance over the weekend. Rachel Barker and Stephen Taylor picked up the mother who was in labor in Defuniak Springs. On the way to the hospital she began to give birth so they pulled the ambulance over and assisted the mother to deliver a baby boy. The mother and baby were then taken to a local hospital and both are said to be in good health.
