The Walton County Sheriff’s Office says a former South Walton High School teacher and coach who was arrested for sending inappropriate romantic messages to a female student, is now facing additional charges. Robert Hartness was arrested last week for attempting to solicit  romantic relationships with students by texting and sending photos.  Sheriff Michael Adkinson said Hartness is being held at the Okaloosa County Jail and will be taken to Walton County Jail to face additional charges.
