The Florida Highway Patrol says a 61-year-old Century man has passed away from injuries he suffered in a traffic crash that happened just before Christmas. Troopers say on December 22nd, Richard Davis lost control of his pickup on Highway 4-A near Tulip Road and hit two trees. Firefighters had to use the Jaws of Life to free Davis. He was transported by EMS as a trauma alert to Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola and died this past Saturday.
