The Triple “A” Auto Club says Florida gas prices dropped an average of eight cents last week and may go even lower. Florida drivers are paying an average of $2.45 a gallon at the pump. Gas prices traditionally go down in January when Americans tend to drive less. Wholesale prices have continued to decline and could bring the state average below $2.35 in the next 10 days. However, prices remain 22 cents per gallon more than this time last year.
