Two Gulf Breeze doctors will be sentenced in federal court in Pensacola after pleading guilty to charges of acquiring controlled substances by fraud and identity theft. Robert Jensen will be sentenced in Pensacola on February 25th and Michael Harris will be sentenced on April 14th. The Justice Department says the two forged another physician’s signature or used physician’s pre-signed prescriptions without their authorization to obtain over 10,000 pills of methadone, morphine sulfate, oxycodone, and other drugs.
