The Florida Highway Patrol says a 29-year-old Panama City man was killed in a two-car accident in Panama City Beach early yesterday morning. Troopers say Christopher Thomas of Panama City was stopped at the intersection of U.S. Highway 98 and Allison Avenue just before 6 a.m, but drove into the path of a tractor-trailer truck, driven by 38-year-old Reginal Sidney of Humble, Texas. Thomas died at the scene. Alcohol is not believed to be a factor.
