A Santa Rosa County woman was arrested for swindling a man into sending her money. The man said a woman called him to make payment arrangements for a program to get his grandson out of the Santa Rosa County Jail. His grandson told him about a $400 program that could bail him out of jail and the man wired the money to the woman – later identified Pamela Hambrick. The money was picked up by Hambrick at the Winn Dixie in Navarre, but his grandson’s bail was never paid. He contacted the Sheriff’s Department and Hambrick was arrested and booked into the Santa Rosa County Jail.
