The Walton County Sheriff’s Office said a woman was arrested in Defuniak Springs for attempting to smuggle drugs into the correctional facility. Correction officers said two bags of marijuana, one bag of meth and one bag of ecstasy were discovered in the suspect’s vagina when she was scanned by the X-ray machine. The suspect was arrested and charged with the introduction of contraband into a correctional facility and possession of controlled substances.
