The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Department has identified the worker who died after falling from the top of a 16-story condo in Destin  Saturday afternoon. Several witnesses told deputies they saw 38-year old Robert Lafayette of Crestview fall, but did not see what caused the accident. Lafayette was part of a roofing crew working on top of Silver Shells condominiums on Emerald Coast Parkway. The investigation is on-going.
