The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office has identified the pedestrian who was killed while trying to cross Highway 98 in Destin Friday   night. Deputies say multiple witnesses reported 24-year-old Austin Crunk of Destin was not at a crosswalk when the vehicle hit him. No charges were filed
