Pensacola Mayor Grover Robinson has ordered all restaurants within city limits operate as take-out and delivery only to help slow the spread of the coronavirus. Additionally, all entertainment venues, including movie theaters and bowling alleys are to close for two weeks. The mayor’s order also suspends visits to all nursing homes, assisted living facilities, adult family-care homes, long-term care facilities and adult group homes. The order does not apply to restaurants that are part of other essential service such as the airport or hospitals and does not apply to grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations and convenience stores.
