Navy Federal Credit Union in Pensacola says an employee tested positive for the coronavirus. The employee last worked March 14th before seeking medical treatment. Keith Hoskins, senior vice president, said employees who worked in close proximity to the affected employee are being asked to work from home. Additionally, extensive cleaning of the employee’s work area and surrounding areas in the building has been done. Navy Federal said it is working with health officials and will continue to follow CDC guidelines. Navy Federal is Pensacola’s largest private sector employer with almost 8,200 employees.
