The Escambia County Sheriff’s Department is investigating an apparent murder-suicide that occurred yesterday afternoon at home in the Crescent Lake area near East Shore Drive and West Michigan Avenue about 1:40 p.m. The couple was said to be elderly with health issues. Additional details were not released and the investigation is continuing.
