A drive-thru COVID-19 testing site in Panama City has been shut down because it didn’t receive the authority to conduct the tests. Gulf Coast Molecular Laboratories, based out of Spanish Fort, Alabama, was going to charge $200 cash to perform tests. The Florida Department of Health in Bay County said the company did not coordinate with them to set up the testing site.
