The business district of the Seaside Community in Walton County will be closed past April 30th due to COVID-19. The Seaside Community Development Corporation said the situation will be reviewed on April 30th, but any date of reopening is not yet clear. With the exception of food service establishments, which can operate on a take-out basis, Seaside’s commercial district has been shut down since March 21st. The SCDC said decisions have to be based on the health and safety of residents, employees and visitors.
