The Florida Highway Patrol says two troopers were injured when their patrol cars collided during a high-speed chase yesterday near the coronavirus checkpoint in Interstate-10 at the Alabama state line. Both troopers were taken to Sacred Heart Hospital with non-life-threatening injures. The troopers were helping in the pursuit of a stolen truck from Baldwin County, Alabama. The driver eventually crashed into the back of a semi-truck and fled on foot, but was quickly captured.
