Florida University System Chancellor Marshall Criser will present guidelines for reopening Florida university campuses in the fall after they closed in March to slow the spread of COVID-19. A university-system task force has been working on the issue of reopening campuses and developing guidelines that will focus on the health and well-being of students, faculty, staff, vendors, and visitors. Students at the 12 universities in the system – including the University of West Florida – finished the spring semester through online courses, which will continue during the summer.
