LIONFISH CHALLENGE WILL GO ON

In spite of the coronavirus pandemic, Florida’s annual Lionfish Challenge starts today and runs until September 7th. The challenge is hosted by the Reef Rangers of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, is open to recreational and commercial participants statewide. To sign up, fill out the official 2020 Lionfish Challenge registration form on the Reef Rangers’ website. Rewards include prizes based on how many lionfish are taken. Winners will be announced at the Lionfish Removal and Awareness Festival at the Harbor Walk Village Destin between September 11^th and 13th.
