EGLIN-HURLBURT EASING RESTRICTIONS

Eglin Air Force Base has moved into the second phase of a four-stage plan for recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic and some non-mission-essential activities will resume. However, visitors still are not allowed on the base and health protection measures will continue to be implemented. At Hurlburt Field, the mission-essential requirements adopted March 31st will end Saturday and all eligible Department of Defense ID card holders – including retirees – will be able to access the Gator Lakes Golf Course, the rifle/pistol range, and the library. The base pool will be open, but for lap swimming only. However, some restrictions on capacity will remain in place.
