Panama City Beach Turtle Watch says 12 sea turtle nests have been recorded in Bay County this year and none have been tampered with so far. Director Kennard Watson said Turtle Watch recorded nearly 50 nests last year. The group covers an 18-mile stretch of the coast from St. Andrews State Park to Camp Helen State Park.
