PROTESTOR ARRESTED

The Pensacola Police Department says the Black Lives Matter protester who was carried across the Pensacola Bay Bridge on the hood of an SUV back on June the 7th, has been arrested. After an investigation, 36-year-old Jason Uphaus was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief, according to PPD spokesman Mike Wood. As a group of protesters staged a protest to block all traffic on the bridge by locking arms in a straight line, Uphaus, jumped on the hood of the SUV trying to drive through the protestors. Gulf Breeze police eventually stopped the vehicle and spoke with both parties, but did not make any arrests.
