Starting Monday, July 20^th, at 5 p.m., employees of all businesses in Panama City Beach will be required to wear a face covering. The decision was made by the Panama City Beach City Council at an emergency city council meeting yesterday. However, it will be up to businesses whether they will ask customers to wear masks. Mayor Mark Sheldon said he did not believe requiring customers to wear masks was enforceable.
