The Florida Department of Health says Northwest Florida recorded 15 new COVID-19 deaths yesterday, while the state reported 245 additional deaths bringing Florida’s death toll to 7,524. The state also added 5,446 new COVID-19 cases for a total of 497,330. Escambia County had 137 new cases and 4 deaths – Santa Rosa County had 68 new cases and 6 deaths – Okaloosa County had 75 new cases and 4 deaths and Walton County had 30 new cases and 1 death.
