A Department of Homeland Security Federal Air Marshal has been arrested in Okaloosa County. 56-year-old Kenny Cauthen, of Jonesboro, Georgia, was arrested at a bar after he patted a woman’s buttocks and stroked her face and arms while she stood at the bar. The woman told him to stop and pushed his hands away. An Okaloosa Sheriff’s deputy said Cauthen was extremely intoxicated.
