Gulf Islands National Seashore has closed the Fort Pickens, Perdido Key/Johnson Beach, Santa Rosa/Opal Beach, and Okaloosa areas because of possible severe weather. A mandatory evacuation of the Fort Pickens campground was also ordered.  The areas will remain closed until further notice, the agency announced. The Fort Barrancas area remains closed due to the closures of Naval Air Station Pensacola.
