FORMER GULF BREEZE MAYOR ARRESTED

Ed Gray, the former mayor of Gulf Breeze was arrested yesterday tracking device after an investigation revealed that he secretly recorded teenage boys in his home and stalked and tracked them without their knowledge. He was booked into the Santa Rosa County Jail on $101,000 bond. He had been employed by the city of Gulf Breeze as longtime executive director of the Capital Trust Agency, the city’s bond issuance arm which issues hundreds of millions of dollars in bonds to fund construction projects throughout Florida. Gray announced his retirement from the city of Gulf Breeze on September 1st. Gulf Breeze Mayor Cherry Fitch said Gray’ arrest was not connected with city business.
