Escambia County says it will begin curbside removal of debris from Hurricane Sally tomorrow. Debris should be sorted and placed on the area next to the road in front of your home. Do not place large piles of debris in the road. Debris should be sorted into separate piles of vegetative Debris, Construction and Demolition Debris, Appliances, Electronics, and Household Hazardous Waste such as paints, cleaners, pesticides. Only loose debris will be collected and debris should not be bagged. Do not place debris within four feet of mailboxes, water meters, fire hydrants or any other above-ground utility.
