The Escambia County Sheriff’s Department has confirmed a body recovered earlier this week was that of a kayaker who went missing during Hurricane Sally. 45-year-old Agnieszka Sobierajska was last seen on Wednesday, September 16th. Another boater – 27-year-old Brandon Nicholson was last seen at about 10:30 a.m. on September 16th paddling a 12-foot jon boat to retrieve his mother’s pontoon boat, which broke loose in the storm. He is still missing.
