The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a weekend shooting. Deputies were dispatched around 2:30 Saturday morning to the Tom Thumb gas station on Creighton Road after a man walked into the convenience store after being shot. The domestic-related shooting happened in the 1800 block of San Dollar Circle and the man was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. One person has been detained and the investigation is continuing.
