Okaloosa County will begin accepting appointments for the next round of COVID-19 vaccinations at noon today. The Florida Department of Health in Okaloosa County is partnering with Okaloosa County Emergency Medical Services and local fire departments to begin offering vaccinations by appointment only to adults 65 and older and to non-hospital health care workers with direct patient contact. Registration will open at noon today both online and for scheduling over the phone. People are urged not to arrive at the vaccination sites without an appointment.
