MASS VACCINATION EVENT FOR VETERANS

On Saturday the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System will hold a mass COVID-19 vaccination event in Pensacola for qualifying veterans. The event will run from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Joint Ambulatory Care Center at 790 Veterans Way, off of Highway 98 in Warrington and is by appointment only. Those eligible are veterans 65 and older – Those with a high-risk health condition – Those who are essential workers or are in an otherwise high-risk situation. Caregivers of veterans enrolled in the Comprehensive Caregiver Support Program are also eligible. Eligible veterans who want to sign up for an appointment can call 1-800-296-8872 and select option 2 and then option 1.
