The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office says a man was arrested for attacking an elderly woman because he thought she caused the stock market to fall. The victim told Sheriff’s deputies 36-year-old Bruce  Burnsed accused her causing the stock markets to fall and struck her on the left arm. He also attacked the victim’s husband. Burnsed resisted deputies when they tried to arrest him, but was taken into custody and booked into the Okaloosa County Jail on a $2,000 bond.
