Escambia County Community and Media Relations Division Manager Joy Tsubooka has submitted her resignation, which will become effective in 90 days. The county says she will not be handling media contacts, but will be working on special projects during until her resignation takes effect. Hana Frenette will be working with the media as the county’s spokesperson effective immediately.
