SHOOTING SUSPECT ARRESTED

U.S. Marshals have arrested a fourth suspect for his involvement in a fatal shooting at the Platinum Club nightclub in Pensacola last May.   19-year-old Cordellious Dyess was apprehended in Austel, Georgia, on charges of first-degree felony murder, attempted murder, aggravated assault and shooting into a vehicle. On May 27th, accused gang members used seven guns to fire 44 shots into a crowd near the Platinum Club on North Palafox Street. 20-year-old Elizabeth Harris – who was not an intended victim – was killed when struck by a stray bullet. Three suspects have previously been arrested. Dyess in Georgia’s Cobb County Jail awaiting extradition back to Pensacola.
