The Florida Highway Patrol says a 70-year-old Milton woman was killed in a head-on collision yesterday afternoon on Berryhill Road just east of Preservation Boulevard in Santa Rosa County. Troopers say 36-year-old Jack Tchorzewi was driving west in an S.U.V., crossed the center line, and collided with a car driven by 70-year-old Nancy Lou Graham. Tchorzewi was taken to Sacred Heart Hospital with minor injuries, but Graham died at the scene. Charges are pending the completion of the investigation, and witnesses are encouraged to contact the Florida Highway Patrol.
