VOTE-BY-MAILL BALLOTS GO OUT 9-26-16

David Stafford, Escambia County Supervisor of Elections, says his office is mailing over 5,800 vote-by-mail ballots to eligible military and overseas citizens. Ballots for all eligible domestic voters will be mailed beginning Tuesday, October 4th.
